Shipping & Returns & Refunds

Order Confirmation:

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within four business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@usmarinesupply.net

HAZMAT: Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods (HAZMAT). Any product classified as hazardous due to content (ie: lithium batteries, CO2 cartridges, CO2 cylinders, O2 cylinders, pyrotechnics…… ) will ship HAZMAT via Ground Service into the lower 48 States – Only. For Hazmat shipments to other destinations, please “Contact Us” regarding possible delivery alternatives.

Damages:Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@usmarinesupply.netand we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the loss of quality control promised to each customer there are no returns on Immersion Suits or Life Raft orders. 

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless product was damaged during shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  If you paid with a money order, your reimbursement check will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If your product is NOT returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you.Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use.

Non-Returnable Products: Closeout, Blowout Sale, and Custom Products (including leather shields, gold leaf shields, badges, license plates, collar insignias, ballistic vests, Kochek brand products, and embroidered items made to your specifications) are not returnable. Only product defects or customization mistakes are returnable.If you return a product for a size or style exchange, you are responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.No expired Pharmaceuticals, IV solutions, or dated products may be returned or exchanged.All promos that no longer qualify will be reversed.Gift certificate and E-Gift Certificates are non-returnable nor redeemable for cash.WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN  MARKED OR USED.

Medical Products and Emergency Electronics may not be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

BOOT RETURNS:
Boots may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, you determine the sizing is incorrect. Your sizing decision and the acceptance of your boots must occur before you put them in  service and within 14 days of purchase. Boots  returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you and credit denied. 

HELMET RETURNS:
Helmets may be returned, if upon receipt of your order, the helmet is not what you expected or does not fit properly. You must make this decision before you put your helmet into service, install decals, mark your name on the helmet, or make any other alterations to the helmet. Do not remove any protective  coverings from the faceshield, goggles or Bourke flip eye-shields  until you decide to keep the helmet. Helmets returned with any indication of use, including perspiration marks on the liner will be sent back to you and credit denied.

Important Note on Embroidery Returns:
No returns on embroidered items. The clothing item cannot be returned for anything other than mistakes in the embroidery or a manufacturer’s defect in the clothing.

If you return boots or helmets for a size and/or style exchange, you are responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to US MARINE SUPPLY. You will then be charged to re-ship the new product. Acceptance of your boots must occur before you put them in service and within 14 days of purchase. Boots returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you and credit denied.
