If we get your early order(s) before local 10:00AM (Houston CDT & UTC-0500 Offset for Central Daylight Time & UTC Offset during winter UTC−06 Hours) we will contact with our supplier’s warehouse if the order is available or not. If it’s available we will get confirmation from you to proceed with order.  During this time please inform us with vessel’s agent details. Agent has to add our driver’s name to terminal/port gate list. Yes, We have Cash on Delivery (COD) option for the vessels and ship owners only in case of, you requested  Same Day Express Delivery.Each port has different delivery price.

Orders are generally dispatched on a next day service as standard. If there is a delay we will be in contact. If you require your order urgently, please just contact us for Same Day Express Delivery and we will ensure it is prioritized for you. 

We can deliver all items on the website to worldwide or other states and can send any items (other than pyrotechnics) to any other address. If you are unsure please look at our shipping page or contact us for a shipping quote.

All the inflatable lifejackets come complete with cylinders and firing heads, making them ready for use straight from the stowage bag. This also applied to other items such as pyrotechnics, liferafts and lifebuoys.

Yes. You may return the item to us (at your cost) in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. If you have any questions on returning an item please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

We have an agreement with USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Also, we have Same Day Express Delivery for urgent deliveries. If you want us to use specific one please contacts with us.

YES! You can change your delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped. To modify your address, please contact us by email info@usmarinesupply.net . We strongly recommend you to update your address in your account before you order as delivery and invoice addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.

 If you place your order as a company and dispose of an international VAT number, we happily subtract VAT from your invoice. We kindly ask you to first place your order and provide your company information. Then, once your order has been shipped, the VAT will be removed from your invoice and you will receive a refund of the difference by the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Once the parcel has been shipped to the customer, there´s no way to stop it.
